Payment terms require a deposit at the time of booking and the final balance one week before the event. For cancellations, a full refund is possible up to 30 days before the event; thereafter, the deposit will be retained as compensation.

The price includes music consultation and planning service, performance by selected musicians, and technical management of the music event. Musician meals are offered by the client. VAT taxes are the responsibility of the client and must be handled separately.

Costumes, amplification systems, sound technicians and various materials are taken care of by the musicians unless it is provided by the client itself
